Setting Blog in Blogger

After the previous post we learned how to create a blog on blogspot, before the start of blogging there are several things that must be prepared first. One of them is to do the settings on the new blog we created.

At the time this post, I'll give a little input to make your new blog, how to setting the right blog? Please follow the way below:

1. Login at the first blogger.

2. If you are signed in, click Settings

3. Tab on the Basic or Basic contents as below:

• Title>> Fill in the title of your blog
• Description>> The contents of the description of your blog
• Add your blog to our listing>> select yes
• Let's search engines find your blog>> select yes
• Show quick editing on your blog>> select yes. I also do not no problem.
• Show email post links>> select yes or no is not a problem
• Adult content>> select no. Because if you choose yes, your blog is considered porn again. Do not until yea .... unless its content is pornographic.
• Show compose mode for all your blogs>> yes or no is not a problem. But yes I think I better (easier for us in the post)
• Enable transition>> select No.

Click Save Settings

4. Publishing Menu.

If you want to change your blog address, just replace the words in the column. But it should not ...

5. Formatting Menu

• Show>> select the days do not post
• Date header format>> select the appropriate date of your taste
• Archive index date>> select suit your taste
• Timestamp format>> select only the simple
• Timezone>> time we select regional. WIB for example: (GMT +07:00) Jakarta
• Language>> Select the appropriate language dude Blog
• Convert line breaks - select No Yes .. I did not do what
• Show title field - select yes
• Show link field - select yes or no (it's) Enable float alignment - select yes or no (no problem)

Click save settings

6. Menu Comments

• Comments - select a show
• Who can comment - select Anyone (For each person can come to our blog)
• Comments Default for Posts - New Posts select a comment
• Back links - select a show
• Backlink default for post - select New posts have backlink
• Comment timestamp format - select a simple
• Comment form messages - not on what the contents are not what
• Show comments in a popup window - select yes
• Enable comment moderation - select No.
• Show word verification - select yes (that comment spam does not come in)
• Show profile images on comments - select yes
• Comment notification email - the contents of your email address (if any have meant that leaving a comment on our blog, also will be sent to email us)

Click Save Settings

7. Archiving Menu

• Frequency archive - select a monthly
• Enable post page - select yes

Don't forget to save ...

8. Site Menu feed

• Allow blogs feed - select full
• Post feed redirect url - enter the address of your feed for this blog example http://feeds.feedburner.com/school_blog. If not have, please list here (for free) or empty it.

Click Save Settings

9. Done ...... leave the other alone. Ok ...... now your blog has been in fine settings. Greetings...
